All purchases — whether by Stripe (credit/debit), Cash App, or any other payment method — are non-refundable. This includes:
By paying for the Service, you waive any right to dispute, chargeback, request, or otherwise demand a refund, except as expressly required by applicable consumer-protection law.
The Plug delivers a proprietary database with immediate, full access upon unlock. The value transferred at the moment of unlock cannot be returned — once you've seen the data, downloaded the exports, or used the templates, the information is in your possession. Like a printed book or a downloaded film, the digital nature of the Service makes refunds impractical and would invite abuse.
The Service is also priced fairly low specifically so that no single purchase represents an unreasonable risk to any household. If $50/year is more than your household can absorb, please do not subscribe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@iamtheplug.app from the email address you used to subscribe.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or Cash App after lawfully receiving the Service constitutes a breach of these Terms and of our Terms of Use. In addition to permanent revocation of your access without refund, the Company reserves the right to recover from you the disputed amount, any associated dispute or processor fees, and reasonable attorneys' fees and collection costs.
If you believe there has been an error in billing, contact us first at hello@iamtheplug.app. We respond within one (1) business day and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
If your payment method was used to purchase the Service without your authorization (e.g., stolen card, account compromise), email hello@iamtheplug.app with documentation. Verified unauthorized charges will be reversed at the Company's sole discretion. This exception applies only to genuinely fraudulent transactions and not to ordinary buyer's remorse.
If your access is revoked for violation of our Terms of Use (including but not limited to sharing your account, redistributing the database, or initiating an unjustified chargeback), no portion of your fee will be refunded. See Section 12 of our Terms of Use.
Founding-member or promotional pricing, where offered, is non-refundable and locks in for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel, you forfeit the locked-in rate; rejoining later means subscribing at the then-current rate.
Brief, intermittent, or unforeseen service interruptions (server downtime, internet outages, force majeure, etc.) do not trigger refund eligibility. The Company makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability but does not guarantee specific uptime.
The Company may modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.
